Announcing the Stanley Cup Raffle Winners

Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce the winners of its recent Stanley Cup Hockey Raffle – licence #M651287.

• Jeff Adkin of Strathroy, won the Jason Williams hockey stick
• Jeff Knight of Strathroy won the Brian Campbell hockey stick
• Bennett Gunn of London won the Blackhawks autographed jersey
• Gayle Currie of Denfield won the Dave Bolland hockey stick
• Turk Venturelli of Strathroy won the Andy McDonald hockey stick
• Cheryl Waters of Strathroy won the Jonathan Toews hockey stick
• Ian Riddell of London and Brad Carroll of London each won rounds of Golf at FireRock Golf Course

Congratulations to all of our winners, and thank you to all who supported by purchasing raffle tickets!

Special thanks to Brian Campbell, his mother Lorna and father Ed for donating and arranging for all the prizes. Also thanks to Dale Wurfel, Members of the Strathroy District Minor Hockey Association, Staff of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc, and all volunteers for their excellent organization and successful Stanley Cup event.

Net proceeds from the raffle portion of the fundraiser amounted to $1626.75. Proceeds from the sale of t-shirts and photography are currently being totaled. There are a few remaining Special edition Stanley Cup t-shirts in both Large and XL sizes available for sale ($10 each) at the SMGH Foundation office (across from the hospital gift shop just off the main SMGH lobby), and at Strathroy Scotiabank. Get yours before they're gone!
