​Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital (SMGH) provides a wide range of diagnostic, ambulatory, primary, and secondary care services with a focus on patient-centered excellence. With more than 500 physicians, staff, and volunteers, SMGH is committed to delivering high-quality care through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

As part of the Middlesex Hospital Alliance (MHA)—a partnership between SMGH and Four Counties Health Services (FCHS)—MHA is committed to delivering exceptional, integrated care across Southwestern Ontario.

SMGH provides a wide range of diagnostic, ambulatory, primary, and secondary care services to a population of approximately 35,000 residents. FCHS, located in the village of Newbury, serves 23,000 residents across Lambton, Chatham-Kent, Middlesex, and Elgin counties, offering emergency care, diagnostic services, and rehabilitation.

Together, our MHA team of over 500 dedicated physicians, staff, and volunteers works to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care through collaboration, innovation, and investment in our people. This coordinated, compassionate approach helps us meet the evolving health needs of our region—today and into the future.
