We are committed to ethical, transparent, and responsible fundraising. This policy outlines the principles guiding our efforts, ensuring legal compliance, donor trust, and maximum impact of contributions.

Donor Bill of Rights

To ensure that philanthropy merits the respect and trust of the general public and that donors and prospective donors can have full confidence in the not-for-profit organizations and causes they are asked to support, we declare that all donors have these rights.

Workplace Discrimination & Harassment

We do not tolerate or condone discrimination, harassment or violence in the workplace.

Code of Conduct & Ethics

This Code of Conduct and Ethics (“Code”) applies to all members of the Board of Directors, officers, employees, and volunteers of our Foundation.

Gift Acceptance

We accept gifts that align with our mission, values, and goals. This policy ensures gifts support our work, reflect donor intent, and clarify the responsibilities of both the Foundation and its donors.

Customer Accessiblity

This policy aligns with Regulation 191/11 of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), and aims to identify, remove, and prevent barriers to accessibility in information, communications, and employment.
