GUEST 1: MAIN COURSE OPTIONS
Option 1: New York Strip - 8 oz AAA New York striploin topped with a garlic compound butter.
Option 2: Tuscan Stuffed Chicken - Chicken breast stuffed with spinach, goat cheese and roasted red pepper, wrapped in prosciutto. Topped with a Tuscan style sun-dried tomato cream sauce.
Option 3: Grilled Vegetable Primavera Pasta - Medley of grilled vegetables and penne noodles, tossed in a rose sauce topped with fresh parmesan. (Vegetarian)
GUEST 1: DESSERT OPTIONS
Option 1: Death by Chocolate - A barely there layer of dark chocolate cake, topped with a smooth dark chocolate mousse
Option 2: Strawberry Champagne Cheesecake (GF)- Strawberry swirled vanilla cheesecake with a champagne mousse on top of a chocolate cookie graham base, finished with a strawberry swirl and chocolate shavings.
Option 3: Creme Brulee - Vanilla infused custard with a sugar glass top, served with berries & whipped cream.
